You will take ownership of:
- Providing an unparalleled candidate experience.
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitating travel arrangements and coordinating day of interview logistics for candidates.
- Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Flexibility to work on other projects as needed to help support the overall business.
You have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of successful experience in an administrative/support function.
- Impeccable attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
- Preferred: Experience working with a modern applicant tracking system such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Jobvite.
