What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a highly organized, efficient and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team in Seattle. The role will support the recruiters with the objective of successfully coordinating high-volume interview activity on either technical or business teams in our Seattle office or at our HQ in San Francisco. As a brand ambassador, you’ll be the “first face” that candidates see, and in this pivotal role, every little detail counts. In addition, you’ll get to learn the ins and outs of recruiting and what it takes to scale a rapidly growing software company.

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews
  • Partner with recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring candidates are supported throughout their experience
  • Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews go smoothly
  • Gain a high-level understanding of the workflow and meeting prioritization for the business units you support in order to find creative scheduling solutions.
  • Maintain Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and ensure data integrity
  • Assist in team-wide initiatives, including the improvement of diversity & inclusion, branding and limiting unconscious bias
  • Help plan recruiting events, both in the office and off-site

What would make you a strong fit:

  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in HR or Recruiting
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Good working knowledge of Google Apps (Email, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience with an ATS is a plus, but not required (we use Greenhouse)
