Recruiting Manager

Swiftly is a fast-moving venture-backed startup. The Swiftly platform empowers large retailers to expand their brick-and-mortar business into the digital space to compete with ecommerce giants. We are expanding our recruiting team and looking for an experienced manager to continue building the recruiting team, manage our executive level (Director and above) recruiting efforts, and help us continue in our goal to become an employer-of-choice in the highly competitive talent market. This position will report into the Head of People.

Swiftly has offices in Seattle and San Francisco; remote opportunities are available for highly qualified candidates. At this time, we are unable to offer any immigration support.


What you will own, manage, and be accountable for:

-Continuing to grow a team of talented TA professionals including Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinator (~ 5-6 direct reports)

-Manage agency relationships, help set expectations with hiring managers and leadership on cost/efficiency (and ultimately decrease agency spend)

-Ensure that reporting functions are accurately reflecting both the needs of the business and the internal resources of the TA team.

-Act as the recruiter for all executive level requisitions (both tech and non-tech)

-Partner with finance and HR on headcount planning and implementing staffing strategies

-Monitor and ensure all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable laws.


Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

-3+ years managing a recruiting team for both technical and non-technical roles

-5+ years of recruiting industry experience, preferably a mix of small/startup and enterprise environments

-Strong familiarity with SaaS-based Applicant Tracking Systems

-Executive recruiting experience
