About the People Team and role

The people team is focused on creating a place where Optimizers can be their best selves. We are People geeks who strive to create a welcoming environment that is both rewarding and inclusive. As the teams first Recruiting Manager you will be a true owner of the recruitment life cycle and building the team. Reporting to and in partnership with the Head of People, you will both create and execute on a recruitment strategy that is focused on diversity, quality of hire, employer branding and supports our lofty growth goals across all functions of the organization. This role is a great opportunity for a seasoned recruiter looking for a strategic hands-on role with growth at a scaling company.

What you will be doing

  • Co-own building and leading the execution of the recruiting strategy
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop the interview loop and set expectations so that we only hire the best
  • Manage our ATS (Lever) with a focus on data accuracy so that we can create accurate clear reports on the recruiting pipeline across all roles
  • Meet candidates where they by being creative in employer branding, sourcing and potential partnerships
  • Partner on new hire onboarding

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment with increasing responsibility
  • Minimum 2+ years of tech recruiting experience
  • Experience building for scale a recruiting plan with clear deliverables & timelines that leverages our ATS to track
  • Player coach leader
  • Experience managing multiple roles and priorities at a high growth company
