Unity is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to join our amazing team in Bellevue. 

You will lead a skilled and high-volume operational team to support recruiters and hiring managers, creating a seamless interview experience. You will help improve processes, as well as various tools and systems to drive a phenomenal candidate experience from start to finish. 

Applying your organizational and communication skills, you will connect with candidates and cross-functional teams, placing a premium on customer service, and calmly shifting gears at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities

• Proactively consult with leads, recruiters, and hiring managers to meet team needs and improve processes
• Motivate a team to strive for goals and values
• Provide guidance in creating and driving a positive candidate experience from start to finish
• Maintain and QA our applicant tracking system so that all job requisitions, interview pipelines, and candidate information are up to date
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Leads, HR, and Finance to open job requisitions, hire candidates, and ensure a smooth new-hire onboarding 
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting processes, such as scheduling high-volume interviews, making travel arrangements, hosting candidates when they come onsite, and contract-making
• Conduct check-ins and performance evaluations to provide support that will help the team reach their optimal potential

Requirements

• Worked as Unity Recruiting Coordinator for minimum 1 year
• An understanding of working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, especially in Google (i.e. Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Experience in forecasting demand and team capacity to fairly distribute workload and coordinating activities
• Experience in communicating professionally and maintaining a high-level of confidentiality and reliability at all times
