Role Overview: 

We created New Engen to elevate the marketer – through our proprietary technology and in-house digital marketing and creative expertise. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. The Recruiting & People Specialist will support the organization wide People strategy by executing initiatives that help the organizational scale, acquire top talent, create an exceptional culture, and administer the people & recruiting processes. This is a great opportunity to be part of an amazing team that is focused on making a tremendous impact on our growing business. 

 

Scope & Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruits for a wide range of roles 
  • Creates an exceptional experience for candidates and new employees that differentiates New Engen from other marketing agencies and technology companies  
  • Executes administration of people systems and processes 
  • Diagnoses organizational and performance opportunities, supports leaders in solving challenges 
  • Executes initiatives leading to increased employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention  
  • Supports internal communications and employment brand strategy and execution, in support of employee engagement and culture 
  • Supports leadership and team alignment and team effectiveness programs  
  • Supports the development, coordination, and facilitation of professional & leadership development programs 
  • Supports Benefits & Compensation program and HRIS administration  

Influence & Accountability 

  • Responsible for an exceptional candidate experience 
  • Responsible for executing and improving people processes across the lifecycle from pre-employment, offer, on-boarding, talent review, promotion, transfers 
  • Supports creating a scalable learning infrastructure for all current and future employees 

 

Experience, skills, mindset 

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, marketing and/or sales 
  • Ability to adapt and flex with changing demands 
  • Thrives as part of team; willing to rolling up sleeves and get it done 
  • Preferred experience in project management, working with leaders
