About the Position:

The Recruiting Programs Manager will lead key global Recruiting programs and initiatives across Qumulo. A critical component of Qumulo’s future success will be our ability to hire at scale. This role will play a key role in enabling Qumulo’s Recruiting team to deliver the talent required for Qumulo’s success. The program manager will drive key technology and process improvement initiatives for our Recruiting organization. They will also be responsible for growing and up leveling our company wide College Recruiting Program.

Responsibilities:

College Recruiting Programs

  • Build and execute a company wide college recruiting program
  • Work cross-functionally with the business partners, recruiters, and leaders ensuring a positive intern experience
  • Work with leaders to enable them to develop compelling intern projects to ensure a positive and impactful intern experience
  • Drive the design and delivery of global learning & development programs specific to the intern experience including intern manager training
  • Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to recruiting and business leaders

Recruiting Operations Programs

  • Lead projects from start to finish, and through continuous inspection and reiterations, working through obstacles and gaining support from various partners along the way
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and key insights, recommending and implementing solutions to drive recruiting efficiencies and optimization. Evaluate recruiting metrics to understand opportunities within the recruiting funnel and partner with recruiting teams to implement appropriate mechanisms
  • Build, drive and present monthly, quarterly or annual metrics and action plans for various programs
  • Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams, including Recruiting, Finance, and other central Qumulo teams to leverage existing tools and resources and share best practices
  • Intimately understand and stay current with recruiting priorities and trends of the businesses and align work and priorities accordingly

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience working in HR or Talent Acquisition, driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability with HR or Recruiting systems, using data and analytics to drive insights and actions
  • Program Management experience
  • University recruiting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
