Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a talented Full Life Cycle Recruiter to help identify top sales talent with a national footprint. The person in this role is enthusiastic about working closely with managers and potential candidates, and about continually improving our approach to recruiting to help find candidates who connect with who we are as a company.

What you’ll do

  • Surprise candidates with the best recruiting experience they’ve had, from response to their application to walking through the door on day one,
  • Screen candidates and delight our hiring managers with a stream of quality candidates,
  • Use our unique compensation approach to differentiate us from other companies in our space (search : Gravity Payments $70k),
  • Write job descriptions that inspire candidates,
  • Build practical experience with our variety of sales roles to understand what it takes to succeed in sales at Gravity,
  • Work with a range of managers across a range of products to understand forthcoming needs and proactively source candidates,
  • Iterate on and improve the workflow and reporting in our ATS Greenhouse, alongside your peer recruiter, 
  • Use your experience to improve our interview process and approach, so that we excel at finding the right candidates first,

Who you are

  • You are an experienced recruiter for whom the core skills are effortless (sourcing, job postings, phone screens, interview management, ATS, reporting),
  • You have a proven track record in identifying and engaging passive candidates, and have experience sourcing and closing sales professionals,
  • You are able to work independently with no supervision and own multiple requisitions simultaneously,
  • You pride yourself on going the extra mile to deliver exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers,
  • You follow-through on every detail of the hiring process, you’re well-organized and thorough in taking notes of activity,
  • You are a great listener and you ask insightful questions that uncover the potential fit in the position,
  • You are willing to spend the first 2 months rotating between different sales teams – both inside and outside, to gain an in-depth understanding of Gravity’s sales culture.
