We are seeking a commercially-led Corporate Services People Partner, who will support our Expedia Group CFO and Global Finance Leadership Team, and craft and implement the central people agenda, strategic initiatives and rhythm of Finance’s business activities.

You will play a major role in crafting and implementing strategies in support of short-term and long-term business objectives, with the overall goal of attracting, retaining and developing the best talent for Expedia Group. Furthermore, you will also collaborate across the People group to set and execute the People priority initiatives for Expedia Group.

What you’ll do:

• Talent Agenda:  talent identification, succession planning, pipelining, acquiring and future oriented organizational capabilities. Winning the war on talent, internally developing talent for future skills.

• Organization Culture: Embedding Expedia Group Culture and Enterprise Leader behaviours across the business. Coach leaders on the performance philosophy of the organization and support in cascading the same throughout the wider Corporate Services functions.

• Top Team Effectiveness: performance management activities. Influence leaders to own & drive talent development initiatives for themselves and across the division.

• Organizational Evolution: Organizational Design and Organizational Health assessed by metrics and overall people strategy.

• Leadership Coaching: enterprise leadership development, gaining horizontal support, focusing on execution with a view on scaling.

• You will be the voice of the business strategy to the Expedia Group People team and voice of the people strategy to business teams as you will collaborate across the People team to set and execute the People priority initiatives for Expedia Group.

• Approach, prioritize and solve problems from a data and systems perspective. Comfortably use data to tell the story of the talent agenda and influence at all levels.

Who you are:

• You are a thought leader who is energized by innovation and challenging assumptions and norms.

• As a true strategic HR business partner: you can comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to talent strategy and future talent needs with forward-thinking, best practice solutions.

• You will have extensive and well-rounded HR experience as a strategic partner with cross-discipline HR experience. Notably, demonstrable capability in organizational development, executive coaching, compensation, and other HR fields.

• Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization, being familiar with methods and approaches needed to get things done in a collaborative, lean and fast-paced environment.

• You are an incredibly strong operator on a global scale, across globally dispersed teams, leveraging technology and change management to continuously optimize efficiencies and push the boundaries of what is possible.

• Experience leading multi-cultural HR teams and navigating global complexity in order to implement consistent processes, products and experiences.

• Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable style to successfully steer competing priorities. You are comfortable during times of ambiguity and adept at handling change.
