About the role:

We are looking to hire someone who is passionate about tying rewards strategy to business strategy and inspiring higher levels of accountability, engagement and business performance. In this role you’ll take a hand’s on approach to designing, developing and executing a thoughtful and competitive, global total rewards program. You’ll lead a small but mighty compensation and benefits team based in India, and act as a consultant/advisor to our EMEA and US operations stakeholders.

This individual will drive all things compensation and benefits, including base pay, variable/incentive bonus plans, and long-term incentive plans including equity-based programs, while also ensuring the delivery of a thoughtful and competitive global benefits program.

What you will do:

  • Examine global reward programs against business strategy and implement forward thinking strategies and programs that drive better business outcomes.
  • Know how we measure up externally through traditional market analysis channels and explore new sources of market insights.
  • Embed yourself with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align compensation programs to annual review, mid-year review and promotion programs by HR customer segments as appropriate.
  • Provide advice and support to HRBPs and recruiting on new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Plan and administer global annual salary program during performance management cycle.
  • Partner with management, HR Stakeholders and others to develop and communicate compensation and benefit programs.
  • Consult with business stakeholders to support the development and documentation of career paths ensuring alignment with internal job levels/pay relationships.
  • Manage incentive plan design -- executives, employee, sales, and support quarterly review of calculations.
  • Manage stock plans, equity allocations and Carta stock system.
  • Review global benefits offerings annually to ensure we are meeting employee needs.
  • Manage and execute global recognition program.
  • Manage global compensation team (currently two people in India) and work closely with incentive plans’ financial stakeholders.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience working with either enterprise or global organizations.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a sales compensation role, working with large data sets and/or complex Excel models.
  • 5+ years global compensation and benefit experience in North America, EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Comfortable with a range of responsibilities from ensuring accurate calculations to partnering with the leadership team.
  • You are a Compensation and Benefits professional and are well versed and highly capable of anticipating, defining and implementing the right total rewards solutions for our people around the globe.
  • Experience with reporting to boards and compensation committee management for both public and non-public companies.
  • Experience with major Incentive Compensation Management systems, including building of complex compensation plans.
  • Ability to lead an international team and work with international stakeholders and resulting schedule flexibility to accommodate EMEA & APAC time differences.
  • BA/BS degree required
