Senior Recruiter
System1 is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our in-house team. This person will recruit for multiple business verticals and own the hiring process full-cycle. The right person for this role will have experience advising business leaders and hiring managers on hiring and team growth, sourcing and reviewing candidate pipelines, working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, and thinking strategically about hiring and business impact.

What You Can Expect on the Team
- Source candidates and own the hiring process end-to-end
- Screen and evaluate resumes and credentials
- Determine qualification criteria for each position in partnership with hiring managers
- Be the first point of contact with candidates and conduct first screen calls
- Own the scheduling process for candidates from initial screen to hire
- Understand business needs and manage priorities effectively
- Adjust quickly to changes in hiring priorities or candidate criteria
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand team needs
- Create a best-in-class experience for all candidates
What You Will Bring
- Experience as an in-house Recruiter working on a variety of roles, including technical
- Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter required
- Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques and tools
- The ability to think strategically about hiring and how it impacts the business
- Experience working in partnership with business leaders and hiring managers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
