About the Role

As the Senior Talent Sourcer reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will have the exciting and unique opportunity to directly impact the future and success of Routable. This role will primarily focus on sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design roles and will be instrumental in taking Routable through our next phase of explosive growth.

You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiting leads for specific roles to build candidate pipelines and help improve our average time to hire. You will drive impact by using creative sourcing techniques to find the best candidates for future Routers, to partnering on implementing processes and tools that create efficiency.

Routable is a remote-first, fast-paced, technical, and results driven organization that is scaling quickly. You will need to be able to stay one step ahead of our growth and be able to build, support, and help enhance our organization as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Recruiters to form a consultative relationship with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs to attract & bring in top talent.
  • Source technical and non-technical passive candidates at all levels, and develop intentional sourcing & engagement strategies
  • Form strong relationships with candidates and educate them on Routable’s business, culture and future growth
  • Design winning talent solutions to attract diverse and passive talent
  • Leverage data and talent insights to influence sourcing decisions and hiring outcomes
  • Leverage current sourcing and recruiting tools and technologies to optimize sourcing and recruiting efforts
  • Act as a brand ambassador and work closely with recruiters to manage and improve the candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience in recruiting & actively sourcing passive talent
  • Hands-on experience with Workable or other ATS and sourcing tools
  • Experience with various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.
  • Self- motivated with strong time management & organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • An expert level online research, networking and interpersonal skills

Location

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Rendezvous

To help foster amazing relationships with our coworkers, we meet up twice a year as a whole team in some pretty awesome cities! In the past we’ve met up in San Diego, Seattle, and Austin. We’d rather invest money into memorable team events rather than expensive offices. During our meet-up team time, we love to spend time learning a new skill together, and solving problems. Most recently this has taken on the form of a bread-making class and defeating an Escape Room.

Note: we have paused our meetups due to COVID-19 and will resume when it is safe for everyone to attend
