We’re looking for an energetic and dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us meet our hiring goals by sourcing, recruiting, and converting highly-talented candidates.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will build and execute recruiting strategies that generate a consistent pipeline of engaged candidates. As a critical member of the Textio People team you will work closely with hiring leaders at every level to meet hiring goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and champion inclusive sourcing, hiring and interview practices that align with company principles and hiring objectives
  • Partner with leaders to cultivate a hiring culture that reflects the principles of the organization, drives engagement, and champions belonging and inclusion for all team members
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring
  • Collaborate with other Textio teams to build an outstanding experience for all candidates and hiring partners
  • Mentor more junior team members around innovative recruiting and sourcing practices
  • Track and report on key analytics for your open roles
  • Partner with the People team to find ways to improve our way of working and bring new insights to Textio

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have demonstrated significant technical and business recruiting expertise, including supporting engineering, product, and design teams
  • You've successfully managed and prioritized multiple searches, projects and hiring manager and hiring team relationships.
  • Your experience includes building and maintaining a network of highly engaged talent that goes beyond an occasional check-in email.
  • You enjoy autonomy, can handle ambiguity, and thrive on building inclusive cultures, processes and relationships that help start-ups thrive
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus!
