We are looking for a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to help us hire top talent for Xealth. To be amazing in this role, you'll utilize your recruiting skills to research and network with passive candidates, be a creative problem-solver and establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and executives. It's a senior-level & fast-paced role on a fun and cohesive team where thinking about things in new ways is strongly encouraged!

As the Recruiter at Xealth, you will:

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process – from generating pipelines all the way to offer acceptance
• Partner closely with our hiring managers to understand the specific needs of our teams
• Use your knowledge of our hiring needs and requirements to align candidates with the role they will be most successful
• Act as an ambassador of Xealth, demonstrating and articulating our brand, values, culture, work environment, and benefits.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and prepare and distribute metrics reporting
• Champion Inclusion and Diversity, challenging colleagues and stakeholders to drive improved representation

Our ideal Recruiter will have:

• 4+ years’ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in a complex and high-volume environment
• Experience in hiring for technical roles with deep market knowledge
• Experience in hiring in HealthCare IT or Healthcare industry
• Created and executed recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent
• Owned the entire recruiting process
• Expertise with recruiting software such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, or similar platforms to streamline recruiting efforts
