Your Next Challenge:

  • Partner with the CTO and other tech and HR leadership to strategically approach and then execute mid-to-senior level tech hiring across Seattle, Calgary, NYC and Madison, WI.

  • Develop and implement creative, effective, and data-driven recruiting strategies, including mastering the basics of competitive intelligence, researched-based candidate pipeline development, and event strategy.

  • Provide candidates with the best possible experience, driving them to view Getty Images as a best place to work.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience with best-in-class tech talent acquisition (ideally at mid-to-large size tech companies and/or startups)

  • Tentacles in all areas of the Seattle tech community (front and back-end engineering, product, data/analytics, search, and UX). The minute you hear of a talent gap in our org, you immediately think of great people from your network who would be a fit.

  • Desire to educate and evangelize recruiting best practices throughout the company

  • High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize talent acquisition needs

  • BA/BS preferred

Health Insurance

We provide Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family. We partner with Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan. The POS plan comes with a $200 per year Getty Images contribution to an FSA account. If you enroll in the HSA plan, Getty Images will give you $1400-$2400 per year to spend on any qualified health expenses. Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental. Vision Insurance is available through VSP. All full-time employees working at least 25 hours per week will become eligible for health benefits the 1st of the month following their date of hire. We provide flexible time off and 10 sick days each calendar year. Additionally, we pay 4 weeks of fully-paid Parental Leave for new parents, with primary caregivers eligible for an additional 8 weeks of fully-paid leave.
