We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own all hiring and focus heavily on hiring technical talent for TUNE. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating and closing. You will proactively reach out to qualified candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best talent. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline to hire across a number of technical & non-technical roles at TUNE.

You'll be responsible for…

  • Identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, interview prep, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts).
  • Driving negotiation in the offer process through to close.
  • Partnering with internal hiring managers to use data to share trends, bottlenecks, and hiring predictions.
  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience through every stage of the interview process.
  • Working directly with managers to create engaging job descriptions and ensure we have assigned competencies and appropriate interview loops.
  • Preparing candidates for onsite interview loops to help them win.
  • Attending networking events within the community to promote our employer brand and engage talent.
  • Contributing ideas to our company recruiting process, company culture, etc.
  • The goal is to do it better than it’s ever been done before.

What you'll need…

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience working on roles within the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Technical exposure with an ability to understand and explain responsibilities to candidates.
  • Proven track record of identifying, sourcing and closing candidates that are a strong match to the requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate our TUNE values in an ongoing and consistent way.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced, continually evolving environment with time management skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication, organizational, sense of humor and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred knowledge of the start-up and technology space in Seattle.
  • Big plus if you’ve worked with Lever.
  • BA/BS degree.
