System1 is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house team. This person will recruit for multiple business verticals and own the hiring process full-cycle. The right person for this role will have experience advising business leaders and hiring managers on hiring and team growth, sourcing and reviewing candidate pipelines, working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, and thinking strategically about hiring and business impact.

What You Can Expect on the Team

• Source candidates and own the hiring process end-to-end
• Screen and evaluate resumes and credentials
• Determine qualification criteria for each position in partnership with hiring managers
• Be the first point of contact with candidates and conduct first screen calls
• Own the scheduling process for candidates from initial screen to hire
• Understand business needs and manage priorities effectively
• Adjust quickly to changes in hiring priorities or candidate criteria
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand team needs
• Create a best-in-class experience for all candidates

What You Will Bring

• Experience as an in-house Recruiter working on a variety of technical roles
• Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter required
• Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques and tools
• The ability to think strategically about hiring and how it impacts the business
• Experience working in partnership with business leaders and hiring managers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
