Choose your tools: We work with Lever as our ATS platform, but we’re open to exploring and testing cool new sourcing and recruitment tools. You will have full support from our Employer Branding team on job ads, career site, on-site events, different conferences, career days — all opportunities where we can see and have direct contact with top talent.

What you will do? Source, recruit, network, eat, sleep. Repeat!

• You will build and manage strong talent pipelines that will help Nortal hire the top talent.

• Build strong relations with your hiring managers.

• Bring in the best talent that correspond to the business’ and managers’ needs.

• While being a team player, you’ll also work independently, taking responsibility in your domain and meeting the recruiting needs

of the company.

• Deliver best candidate experience and represent Nortal’s values.
