Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for both Operations volume hiring needs and individualized roles throughout the business. Accordingly, this role will be responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, and collaborating across the business to hire exceptional talent while providing an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute the end-to-end full cycle recruiting efforts for both Operations volume hiring needs and individualized roles throughout the business.
    o Partner with the Business, the Talent Acquisition Team, and People & Culture Business Partners to deeply understand the role, including competencies and skills needed to be successful in the role
    o Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates across all locations
    o Thoroughly review and assess candidates through resume reviews and phone screens, moving quality candidates through the full interview process
    o For Operations roles, review comprehensive data inputs for each candidate and make go/no go hiring decision and align with our Compensation Manager on offers as needed
    o For individualized roles consult and advise hiring manager to support them in making a hiring decision, partner with Compensation Manager to advise hiring managers on compensation recommendation, and lead successful offer negotiations with finalist candidates
    o Respectfully decline non-qualified candidates
    o Consistently ensure all candidates are accurately updated in our Application Tracking System
  • Build a deep understanding of our business, culture, and mission and effectively convey our Accolade story and value proposition to get candidates excited about the opportunity to work for Accolade.
  • Consistently deliver an amazing candidate experience through our existing processes and support the team in strengthening our candidate experience.
  • Support projects or programs as needed to strengthen our Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • An experienced (7-10 years + Bachelor’s degree) recruiter with a focus on volume recruiting
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • A highly organized, self-starter who works well under pressure and demonstrates an incredible sense of urgency
  • Detailed orientated, proactive/forward thinker with strong judgment in decision making
  • A true team player, willing to jump in and help others while leading with “yes”
  • A strong communicator, both verbal and written and come with experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), as well as confidence using social media as a recruiting tool
