Job Description

Role Overview
The Sr Partner, Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units, building strong relationships with hiring manager, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, and collaborating across the business to hire exceptional people while providing an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

What you will be doing...

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to influence and deliver quality assessment and an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide leadership and deep subject matter expertise across partner groups, with the ability to coach hiring managers about our recruiting process.
  • Develop creative strategies and programs to infuse pipelines with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of our talent needs across the business partners with business leaders to develop initiatives and make recommendations on improvements.

Qualifications

  • You are an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who has partnered effectively with hiring managers, senior business leaders and internal People & Culture teams.
  • You understand the levers that allow for recruiting to scale: team, process, brand, leadership, communication, tools, etc.
  • You love to design and create, understand the WHY and the WHAT of culture creation, and can help us decide what important design and program decisions we should make for the organization.
  • You have a strong opinion and perspective. You aren’t afraid to explore boundaries and challenge the thinking of senior business leaders, while at the same time, enabling the business to solve problems, think creatively, and execute on strategy.
  • You are comfortable managing ambiguity and thrive in a high growth and fast changing environment.
  • You are collaborative and enjoy solving challenging problems with amazing people.
  • You have excellent coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills.
