We are looking for an in-house experienced corporate Recruiter to find and engage talent that will successfully achieve the goals of our organization. With a relentless focus on the customer experience, you will use your relationship prowess and sourcing wizardry to match top talent with unique opportunities in all disciplines across BitTitan in the Americas and EMEA. This includes Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and G&A. If you are a Recruiter that is above the transactional mindset to one of making a strategic difference, we want to speak with you!


In this job, you will: 

  • Own full-life cycle recruitment efforts targeting candidates who align to the values and mission of BitTitan.
  • Consult with and educate hiring managers on the requirements of our roles, our hiring process, and ensuring a positive and impactful candidate experience.
  • Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns through the use of Boolean, Linkedin, networking, etc.
  • Build 'just in time' talent pipelines of qualified engineering candidates.
  • Responsible for finding and screening talent for experience competencies, culture attributes, and core values.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing pertinent information so candidates are well informed and prepared.
  • Recommend and negotiate competitive salary offers, taking into consideration equal pay laws, external market data and internal equity.


We would love to speak with you if you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience working in fast-paced technology driven companies; 3+ years of technical recruiting experience on an in-house team preferred
  • Focused and driven, with an interpersonal savvy to partner effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and BitTitan’s executives
  • Think and work together as a team, not as an individual.
  • Ability to exercise discernment and good judgment
  • Demonstrated and proven intermediate/advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite tools such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid technology and industry knowledge with the curious mind to learn and understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong intuitive sourcing skills; experience building and developing pipelines of high-quality engineering and sales candidates
  • Self-directed, with a high sense of urgency and a keen eye for details
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS; Greenhouse a plus
