Talent Coordinator, Executive Recruiting - Location Flexible
Role Description
We’re looking for an Executive Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Coordination team and partner with our Executive Recruiting team who focuses on leadership recruiting for Dropbox. As an Executive Talent Coordinator, you will partner with Recruiting and our Business and Engineering hiring teams who take an active role in defining, launching, analyzing, and iterating on innovative leadership recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Executive Recruiters to facilitate senior-level candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
- Work independently in scheduling and rescheduling interviews and meetings
- Partner with the admin team to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
- Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless, making sure candidates gets a true picture of what life is like at Dropbox
- Prepare day-of interview materials including interview schedule and candidate’s bios for the interview teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership and candidates who require a high level of involvement
- Maintain flexible work hours to help monitor and troubleshoot candidate scheduling
- Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
- Proficiency in and knowledge of recruiting tools, resources and processes (ATS, team-specific workflows, etc.)
Requirements
- 3+ years of post-collegiate work experience required
- 18 months of Talent Coordination experience or transferrable experience involving heavy calendaring (6+ months for Internal TCs)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people
- Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for building and being a part of high performing teams
- Ability to maintain flexible work hours
