Job Description

What We Do: Our People Team is made up of PayScale’s HR, Employee Ex-Ops, TA, and L&D groups. We’re here to ensure that our employees can bring their full selves to work and that they have all of the tools, connections, and resources they need to thrive! In particular, the Recruiting team is responsible for all full-cycle recruiting, partnering with business leaders to build best-in-class teams that enable us to meet (& exceed!) our company objectives.

What You'll Do: 

• Build blueprints and talent maps, develop and execute pipeline programs and nurture campaigns
• Source and close future PayScalers for our technology team

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and closing software engineers, product managers, data scientists 
• Experience blueprinting and talent mapping 
• Exceptional written/verbal communication
• Agency experience required, mix of agency/corporate preferred 
• Fluent with modern recruiting technology (ATS, sourcing tools, branding sites, etc.) 
• Experience leading engineering hiring events, university events, etc. 
• Data Integrity - you're devoted to clean and accurate data and are fluent in using data to tell stories to key partners 
• Ability to think outside of the box (aka LinkedIn) to source senior talent in creative ways 
• Talent advising background – you guide hiring managers instead of “taking orders” 
• Prefer experience with VC/PE backed companies scaling from 100-500+
