Responsibilities:
- Building a pipeline of top engineers through researching and sourcing for candidates
- Being obsessive about great candidate experience
- Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
- Qualifying candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
- Staying up to speed on relevant news in the tech startup space
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Managing multiple candidate channels including agencies, advertising and other recruiting campaigns
Requirements include:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of in house and agency experience
- Technical sourcing and recruiting experience for a consumer facing web/mobile startup with elite standards for engineering candidates
- Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional engineering candidates
- Experience in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels
- Experience working in a multi-national company and across multiple locations is desirable
- Passion/interest and understanding of technology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
