About the position

Assurance is growing quickly, and we need a dynamic seasoned technical recruiter to join our team. The role will cover a variety of functions across our Engineering and Data Science teams and this recruiter will align closely with the technical leaders of these teams. We’re focused on recruiting talent that is technically exceptional and our recruiting approach is optimized for quality over quantity. We strive for memorable candidate experiences, and this recruiter will help us work toward creating consistent and repeatable processes. As we grow the recruiting organization, this will be our first lead recruiter, and the role will provide ample opportunity for growth. Our culture provides a high level of autonomy to all employees, freeing people up to make decisions quickly and own their space end-to-end.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

• A strong commitment to inclusion
• Several years of technical recruiting experience in highly challenging and rewarding roles 
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
• Experience working closely with senior technical hiring managers 
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with little direction

• Data science recruiting experience 
• Experience or interest in leading DEI focused initiatives 
• Experience or interest in developing recruiting strategies and optimizing processes 
• Management experience or interest in growing management ability
