About the Position 

Assurance is growing quickly, and we need a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our team. The role will cover a variety of functions across our Engineering, Product, IT and Information Security teams. We are focused on delivering an organized and meaningful experience for candidates. Our culture provides a high level of autonomy to all employees, freeing people up to make decisions quickly and own their space end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience – in-house a plus
• Experience at any size company welcome – startup environment a plus 
• Excited about sourcing candidates and building out our sourcing capabilities
• A growth mindset – you enjoy being in an environment that changes and are comfortable adapting 
• You are highly organized and are skilled at guiding teams on delivering a great candidate experience 
• You enjoy working independently and are comfortable working remotely
