About the Role:
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for cultivating a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for PitchBook's Product, Engineering and Corporate Teams.  You will be an expert at searching for candidates, using the latest search techniques to uncover talent in competitive markets. You sit between the hiring managers of your respective teams and full life cycle recruiters, helping drive awareness, partnership and executing robust search strategies to drive hiring and long-term growth at PitchBook.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Own sourcing strategy for product manager, project managers, engineers and other corporate roles across multiple PitchBook office locations
• Responsible for creating robust talent pools that support our Product, Engineering, and Corporate departments 
• Write creative and compelling candidate outreach that can be measured and tracked to ensure high engagement rate
• Conduct prescreening interviews with sourced candidates to access skillset
• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the hiring process
• Measure sourcing success and work to consistently meet expectations and report on goals in weekly updates to the team
• Accurately maintain Jobvite, our Applicant Tracking System, to ensure we are taking advantage of efficiencies and reporting opportunities
• Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
• Participate in various company initiatives such as diversity and inclusion hiring, and other projects as needed. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ year's progressive experience in a corporate and/or search firm as a technical recruiter and sourcer
• Excellent research skills that result in the creation of unique talent pools of qualified candidates
• Demonstrated ability to create, execute and measure multiple sourcing strategies
• Demonstrated advanced experience with LinkedIn and other external search platforms
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, boolean strings and other internal and external sourcing methods
• Advanced experience using an ATS to track and engage with passive candidates.
