Technical Talent Sourcer

Mason is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to identify and assess talent for both our Technical and Non-technical teams. This position is critical for our next phase of growth and will work with Executives, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters across Mason.

What you'll do:
- Develop sourcing strategies that are proactive, cover all business groups, and can be executed against globally (think simple, driving goals through clear metrics)
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to clearly comprehend technical requirements of the role, scope, and team
- Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Boolean sourcing, and alternative creative search techniques
- Screen resumes and phone interview candidates to determine fundamental fit
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Help build our founding principles around Inclusivity as well as execute against the hiring strategies that will create a more diverse team

What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with maintaining candidate pipelines in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Ability to build and maintain a long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill Technical roles
- Experience advising Recruiters and Hiring Managers on pipeline activity and developing strategy utilizing data
- Technical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, engineering communities, and university sources
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
