Are you passionate about developing people? The Auth0 People team sure is! We are looking for a Training Manager to join our Employee Experience team to help enhance our programs.
In this critical role, you will play an integral role in building and facilitating employee experience programs. You will have the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research and analysis of existing materials. The primary focus will be on creating and delivering people programs but you will also have the opportunity to work with different departments. You thrive on delivering live training including new hire orientation, interview training, and multiple leadership trainings. This role will N+1>N every training by managing course evaluations and experiencing the trainings on a personal level to assess the courses efficiency and ability to engage. This job is a perfect fit if you enjoy working with people, presenting helpful information, and using your creativity to help onboard our new employees, up-level existing employees and grow our leaders. You are a self-starter and ready to hit the ground running.
This role will be based out of our Bellevue headquarters.
In this role you will:
- Design end-to-end training materials and organize logistics for efficient program delivery.
- Organize and help build training curricula that honors Auth0’s culture, is engaging and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate.
- Create and deliver engaging and informative learning materials through a variety of learning methods and mediums for both live and online formats.
- Proactively partner and communicate with teams and stakeholders to ensure needs are prioritized.
- Contribute to special projects for talent development.
- Manage content updates and improvements.
- Facilitate and manage pieces of the new hire orientation program.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Instructional Design or related field.
- Will be a self-starter.
- Experience with learning management systems, Captivate, and other training platforms.
- Experience developing in person and online instructional design content leveraging adult learning principles.
- 3+ years of professional experience within human resources and experience with leadership development is highly desired.
- Proven experience designing, developing and delivering learning program with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated success working with different learning styles, development goals, pace, etc..
- Project management and process improvement background.
- Facilitation experience.
