About You:You are eager to get your foot in the door at a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup. You will demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing team. As a part of the Real Estate and Workplace Team, you'll bring the enthusiasm and attitude necessary to get the job done!

You will take ownership of:

• Greets, logs, and assists visitors and candidates upon arrival.
• Maintains corporate employee photo database and creates new hire photo ID badges.
• Ownership of corporate conference rooms (reservations/calendar conflict resolution).
• Help to plan, organize, set up/tear down office events, catered meals, and happy hours.
• Manages candidate parking validation, gym access, and alternative commute options.
• Processes/deliver all inbound/outbound mail using internal address book or other employee locator software.
• Fulfills all security card key requests.
• Monitors and resolves centralized work order cases sent to the Workplace alias.
• Daily ownership of common space maintenance and enhancements.
• Supports Sr. Workplace specialist in planning and executing space adjustments and moves.
• Provides procurement services for Workplace supplies and services.
• Acts as day to day contact for Workplace vendors such as office supply and security.
