Position Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with leadership across the Business Operations organization
- Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives
- Analyze staffing and diversity strategy performance and develop corrective solutions
- Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) and local HR teams to ensure understanding and alignment of talent strategy and to ensure planning, execution and realization are achieved through solutions, programs and policies
- Collaborate with HR peers - both in our businesses and functions - to enable the organization's HR / business strategies, and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools and services
- Partner with peers and business as an advisor and change agent in the rollout of HR policies, processes or programs such as salary review, leadership development, etc.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- 3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Human Resources certification
- 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist role
- Experience in Aviation or Aerospace
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with high-impact communication style
