The Integration Manager will manage multiple integration projects, provide strategic guidance to customers, develop documentation, and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Opportunity & Impact
As an Integration Manager, you’ll leverage your project management expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of interoperability standards to normalize data for our APIs—enabling all applications on the Redox network to seamlessly integrate with your solution. This position requires a mix of 25% project management and 75% technical skills to successfully deliver and support API integrations.
Your impact goes beyond technical execution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive multiple, concurrent integration projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customer timelines and complex technical requirements are successfully met.
- Provide strategic guidance by evaluating customer workflows and technical infrastructure, identifying integration gaps, and proposing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Design, build, and deploy customer integrations using our platform's tools and dashboard. Managing the full cycle of configuration, testing, modification, and go-live support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Account Management and Sales, to ensure the long-term success and technical health of key customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, reusable implementation assets, and internal best practices to empower both customers and internal teams.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication, providing regular status updates on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously advance your expertise in key integration standards and technologies to serve as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 5-10%).
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably within Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a related SaaS industry.
- Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent software implementation or integration projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with key healthcare integration standards and data formats (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA) and familiarity with modern APIs.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deconstruct and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor for customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- A self-driven work ethic and a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Direct experience with one or more healthcare interface engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex projects (10+) concurrently without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.
- Experience using data not just for project reporting, but to derive insights that improve team-wide processes, documentation, and customer outcomes.
- Experience acting as a mentor or subject matter expert on a project team, guiding colleagues and influencing cross-functional partners to achieve a common goal.
- Basic exposure to coding; ideally an understanding of JavaScript.
- Previous experience thriving in the dynamic environment of a high-growth, scaling technology company.
