Your role and impact

 

We are looking for an Account Management Intern to support our commercial clients throughout the entire sales cycle from marketing and sales to implementation and renewal. 98point6 is creating a superior client journey from start to finish while continuing to meet and exceed ambitious growth goals for 2021. This role requires someone who is collaborative across multiple teams, owns prospect and client satisfaction, as well as delivers impactful results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process for our small and medium business market segments
  • Act as a subject matter expert on 98point6 and our value proposition
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute lead generation strategies, which include identifying target markets, researching leads and importing contacts into CRM
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Account Management Team to deliver a superior experience for the client during implementation
  • Gather and share analytics on lead campaigns with the Marketing & Sales teams to influence performance on future campaigns
  • Support the ongoing development of the new 98point6 Client Portal 
  • Take ownership of client loyalty and satisfaction, from measured survey results to retention

Qualifications

  • An interest in a career in sales, marketing or account management
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to prepare and present to internal teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player, comfortable with and motivated by working in a collaborative environment; ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Product teams
  • Experience in a technology, health plan, account management or sales operation support role is a plus 
  • Passionate about learning the vastness of healthcare, benefits and industry trends
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn is a plus
