Program Description:

Snap! Advance is the next generation platform for higher education and non-profits. We started by building the largest educational-based crowdfunding platform in the U.S. We are now shaping the digital fundraising landscape for higher education as well as for non-profits. We are looking for an Administrative Operations Intern to join our growing team at our South Lake Union office. Our office is open Monday through Friday (7AM to 5PM) and scheduling for interns is flexible based on availability. Beginning pay for all interns is $15/hour. You will work with your department manager and the Internship Coordinator to ensure your internship with us is a beneficial learning experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with backend tasks related to campaign pages:
    • Campaign creation and mapping
    • Campaign page edits
  • Manage buildout of leaderboards, matching gifts, and other platform features
  • Gather data and analyze data after campaigns have ended for future review
  • Run and format reports by providing high level statistics
  • Help improve operational processes and procedures
  • Other operational tasks and projects as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enrolled in college full-time or part-time at undergraduate or graduate level
  • Local applicants only
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-player mentality with strong work ethic
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Coachable and eager to ask questions, receive feedback, and refine your skillset
