The Customer Operations Analyst team is an expanding team looking to capitalize on partnerships developed with stakeholders across Smartsheet. As the Customer Operations Analyst Intern you will have significant opportunities to apply the theoretical knowledge learned throughout your college career in a practical setting by working with real datasets and develop the soft skills required to succeed in a professional environment. Throughout the summer, you will report to the Manager, Customer Operations Analysis and will work closely with analysts on the team to create and enhance reporting, analyze operational execution of the Services teams, and communicate insights to stakeholders. You will work to develop a prediction model that ensures customer success through our Services engagements. On a day to day basis, you will become certified in Smartsheet, have exposure to the entire process of analysis, from our request workflow in Smartsheet, to mining for data using SQL, socializing insights using Tableau, and validating data using Salesforce. 

Requirements:

- Heading into Junior or Senior standing 

-Enrolled in a business or related major (undertaken analytics and business courses)

-BI platform (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.) 

-Proficient in SQL and Excel

-Salesforce platform knowledge is a bonus

-Strong soft skills (will be exposed to a variety of audiences)
