Data Science Internship
The Role
Machine learning is a key for us to turn rich data into capabilities to solve challenging problems end-to-end to create measurable business value to our customers. As a member of the Machine Learning team, you will be on the ground floor, working with the team to define and implement our strategy for delivering data products. You will be responsible for delivering models and data-driven functionality that will be deployed into our production environment.
About The Team
Our Data Science Internship aims to provide top-notch PhD/MS students in ML related fields (e.g., Computer Science with ML specialization, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing Science, Operations Research, and Operations Management) with our rich data and capability to run experiments fast. Specifically, there are some focused fields:Natural Language Processing. Applied Machine Learning / Data Mining with behavioral and time-series data.
Our Vision of You
- You are a deep thinker who can go deep to grasp the nature of the problems
- You understand the entire lifecycle of machine learning product development, from inception to production
- You are hands on and excited about building things and experimenting
- You have hands-on coding experience in Python and your favorite ML/DL tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch)
- You are independent and work well in green-field development environments

- You are honest, admit mistakes, and own fixing them
- You are a motivated and talented craftsperson: always looking to sharpen and adapt your skills
- You have a degree in an ML-related field or equivalent experience
