Job Description

As a Marketing Demand Generation Intern, you will be partnering with demand marketing and market development teams to expand our account based marketing efforts. You will work to bring marketing campaigns to life, identifying appropriate channel opportunities, developing program elements and measuring success. Additional responsibilities for the marketing demand generation internship role:

  • Assist with the management of internal and external teams and vendors to ensure marketing program deadlines are met.
  • Assist Demand Marketing and Market Development teams to generate and deliver and drive account awareness and engaged prospects.
  • Help in the development of new programs
  • Manage execution of demand marketing programs
  • Measure and analyze program results, opportunities created and points of interest to improve programs going forward. 
  • Research target account targets and identify potential opportunities
  • Assisting with a variety of programs across marketing that includes targeted direct mail and emails, field event support, virtual events and social media.
  • Support Marketing team and perform other marketing program tasks as needed

Qualifications

Ideal qualified candidates are eager to learn integrated marketing approaches to account based marketing. Be interested in marketing operations, user experience, conversion optimization and marketing technology. Individuals who have a willingness and drive to learn, experiment with tactics love diving into results will succeed in this role. Below are skills, knowledge and abilities that ideal candidates possess: 

  • Currently enrolled college sophomore or junior level student with 1.5 years of completed college education
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA in Marketing or Business Management
  • Copywriting and editing skills
  • Natural project manager that can plan, budget and clearly communicate plans.
  • Superior research and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, systems processes, and organizational skills
