 EIC (Early in Career) Recruiting Intern


  • You will own key projects/deliverables such as defining policy and process for EIC referrals.
  • You will enable sourcing readiness by leading an EIC referral drive during the summer for season kick off.
  • You will partner to support the internship program in key events
  • You will have the opportunity to engage in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, to screen, to closing candidates.
  • You will have the opportunity to oversee all aspects of projects and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project(s).
  • You will be the main driver in ensuring that projects come to completion and will get the opportunity to present your findings to upper management.
  • You will also have an opportunity to learn about change management and communications for the project you are involved with.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • You must be currently enrolled in an accredited university, and graduating after December 2021
  • Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
  • Strong written and oral communication talents
  • Desire to eventually work in a recruiting function for a technology company
  • Ability to assimilate into a team and work in a team environment
  • Agility and speed, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details
  • Good relationship building and leadership skills

I am a working mom, and I appreciate the privilege of being able to work from home when I need to adjust my hours. I could be offline for two hours in the middle of the day because there's a school event for my kids. To be able to do so without the pressure of, "Oh my goodness! Now it's going to make me look bad," I don't take that for granted.
