Job Description
The Role:
The Legal Intern will partner and support our small but mighty and collaborative legal department. We are looking for a law student that can come to our Seattle office located near CenturyLink Field 15 to 20 hours per week. Through this internship, you will learn the function of an in-house attorney, the type of work performed by an in-house legal department, and gain hands-on experience working in a dynamic and agile business environment.
In this role you will:
- Review and modify a variety of commercial contracts, including, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, professional services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Conduct legal research on new and ambiguous areas of law.
- Support the implementation of new processes and tools.

- A passion and desire to learn about the technology industry, cybersecurity, and contracts, intellectual property law, and privacy law.
- Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
- A law student currently enrolled at a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
