Position Title. Legal Intern
Reports To. VP, Legal
Highspot’s legal team is hiring an intern to help support its legal department. This is an exceptional opportunity to experience working in a corporate legal department at a company in hyper-growth mode. The role is based in Seattle, and we are looking for a 1st or 2nd year law student that would be able to work in our Belltown offices for 15 to 20 hours a week.
The intern will work on a variety of projects and take the lead on initiatives such as:
· Summarizing agreement terms for various Highspot customer agreements;
· Managing administrative tasks, such as organizing, naming, and saving agreements;
· Researching and summarizing areas of law and industry best practices; and
· Developing and supporting the implementation of new processes.
• Juris Doctor candidate (1L or 2L).
• Able to work on-site in Seattle, WA.
