Nintex is on a mission to improve the way people work through process management and automation. We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are looking for an intern to join Corporate Communications to help us on this mission. The Communications team are the stewards of the Nintex brand and are on the front lines of how we engage our customers through our corporate websites, social media activities, PR and other communication channels. Our goal is to attract and engage every person who is interested in learning how to improve how business processes are managed, automated, and optimized within their organizations.

We are seeking a passionate learner and hands-on Corporate Marketing Intern to get engaged in a variety of initiatives ranging from website publishing, social media and other communications channels to help drive engagement with our customers while gaining valuable marketing experience.

Your contribution will be: 

• Be highly curious and interested in learning more about the technology industry and the Nintex business while getting hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing tools
• Work independently on specific marketing and communications assignments and in cross-team projects to help drive customer engagement across a variety of digital touchpoints
• Communicate with marketing professionals in Bellevue, London, Melbourne and Auckland to help the team deliver on our global commitments
• Be of a member of the global Nintex marketing team and report into the Nintex corporate communications department; working day-to-day with our digital marketing manager, sr. website manager, graphic designer, corporate communications managers, and our senior director of corp. communications

To be successful we think you need: 

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Strong desire to learn and gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure in a business setting
• Experience with content creation a plus (on your own social media channels or website)
• Basic understanding and experience with the core Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
