Program Summary
Join us for a 6-month internship designed for students to help you reach your career goals by providing hands-on projects that highlight skills from the classroom and will impact the organization. You will be given the opportunity to work with the geniuses across the organization to devise engaging experiences for fans and students globally. With great power comes great responsibility, as you'll be tasked to pitch and execute your own projects to develop the repertoire of skills you learn from the classroom. If you're looking for busy work to put on your resume, this isn't the job for you. We are looking for leaders bold enough to innovate and share their ideas to the CEO of Evil herself.

Job Description
As the Partnership intern, you will be an important contributor to the broader Evil Geniuses team - along with the Partnership team - you will be vital to successfully delivering the ambitions of our corporate partners. As an extension of our clients, understanding the pulse of their business and the nuances of their campaigns, and bridging that to our teams and fans to drive value is critically important.
What you'll do
- Understand Evil Geniuses' strategic plans and goals, as well as tone and sentiment of audience and talent to be a proactive bridge in recommending paths of high mutual value
- Strong project and program management skills

- Strong project and program management skills
- Work with broader team to ensure that partnership is in a healthy position for renewal
- Comfort with data analysis and converting data into actions that drive results
- Manage day-to-day operation of Genius League events and activations including scheduling, task assignments, and reporting to Collegiate Leadership
- Assist with the project planning, management, and delivery for Genius League activations
- Digitally engage with fans, collegiate students, and universities
What you'll bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a program related to Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Juniors, Seniors, or master's degree students
- Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred
- Knowledge of building and operating tournaments or events preferred
- Knowledge of the gaming industry a must, endemic to Esports a plus
- Knowledge of building and operating tournaments or events
- Highly organized, driven & team-focused is a must
- Ability to roll up your sleeves, enjoy relationship building & team work
- Experience with analytics and creating reports
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as both an independent contributor and engage teams and teammates
