About the role:
The Recruiting Coordinator Intern will be a part of the People Team (Human Resources) at Limeade. The People Team is focused on creating a great employee experience by fostering an inclusive work environment, driving engagement and investing in the well-being of our employees. As a Recruiting Coordinator you have the unique opportunity to represent Limeade and be the first point of contact for future employees, as well as help build our reputation in the market. In this role you will assist our Recruiters in all facets of the recruiting process. The main objectives of this role are to create a great candidate experience, support the recruiting team, and care for our employees through overall support of the People Team.
Responsibilities:
Create a Great Candidate Experience
- Manage the overall interview process and effectively communicate with candidates every step of the way
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers
Support the Recruiting Team
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
- Provide status updates to recruiting team on candidate progress through the hiring process
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Source creatively to attract top talent
- Coordinate, prepare for, and attend recruiting events
Care for our Employees
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Other HR/recruiting assigned duties, as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Coordination experience
- Positive team player who will do what it takes to move our team and our company forward
- Passion for Diversity and Inclusion, prior experience in this space a plus
- Highly motivated and self-directed with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
- Must be results driven with a sense of urgency
- High regard for confidentiality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Mature mind-set in interactions with all levels of staff
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment

- 20 hours per week beginning in as soon as possible
