Sales Enablement has become an essential function in the sales lifecycle in recent years and we are looking for a sales enablement intern to make a real impact. Support the Sales Enablement team in helping to improve sales team effectiveness through initiative execution, process improvement, and tools infrastructure. You will establish working relationships with the Sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify content development opportunities in the sales process. They will build Sales metrics for the success of sales enablement function. You must have exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, while meeting strict deadlines. At the same time, you will have a bias for execution and a high level of drive and creativity to constantly improve your area of responsibility. If you have interest in marketing, sales and you see yourself going into sales or sales operations this will be a unique learning experience. You will work behind the scenes to enable drive sales, analyze resources and get insider view to customer management and selling, learn sales strategy development.

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage sales training content, best practices, and contribute to improve current sales processes
  • Review and evaluate the Sales enablement resources and identify which content needs to be updated
  • Program management of key initiatives that help support onboarding efficiencies for sales directors and train them on materials
  • Help maintain/monitor current Sales technology tools, maintain Data integrity by performing data cleansing exercises, upload of data changes
  • Managing the overall usage metrics of the sales tools, study adoption analytics and find out innovative ways to increase user adoption

What you will bring:

  • Desire to learn about technology tools that support sales organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Project/Program management skills, experience collaborating across functional areas
  • Highly organized with an ability to balance being detail-oriented as well as multiple tasks at any given time
  • Passionate about learning the end to end sales process
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a program through an accredited University working towards Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related area with GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Work duration: 40 hours per week during summer that runs May/June 2021 through August/September 2021

About the team:

Sales Enablement is a small, diverse team that is involved in all aspects of Icertis’ Sales Organization. We focus on ensuring that our sellers have everything they need succeed. We engage with new hires through onboarding and veterans through continuous education. We partner with marketing to deliver insights into what content is best utilized, when and where. We strive to continuously provide the most up-to-date and relevant content to our sellers through our Highspot platform.
