Job Description

A day in the life…

  • Help maintain RFP database and support the RFP process
  • Research and collaborate to improve sales processes
  • Assist in the new hire onboarding process – agenda building, scheduling, other administrative duties
  • Maintain and share existing and new assets and content to support the sales team
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of Salesforce.com – appending & scrubbing data, creating records, running reports
  • Assist in creating Salesforce page layout templates
  • Create Salesforce process training assets

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Finance, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field desired)
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required – (Word, PPT & Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Quickly, easily, and enthusiastically learn how to use new technology
  • Ability to think critically and factor in “big picture” – i.e. is this solution scalable & sustainable? Will it be useful to everyone, not just situationally?
  • Previous internship experience a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Prior experience with CMS a plus
