Program Summary
Join us for a 6-month internship designed for students to help you reach your career goals by providing hands-on projects that highlight skills from the classroom and will impact the organization. You will be given the opportunity to work with the geniuses across the organization to devise engaging experiences for fans and students globally. With great power comes great responsibility, as you'll be tasked to pitch and execute your own projects to develop the repertoire of skills you learn from the classroom. If you're looking for busy work to put on your resume, this isn't the job for you. We are looking for leaders bold enough to innovate and share their ideas to the CEO of Evil herself.

Job Description
As the Studio Production intern, you will work alongside all members of the Studio department - including our Creator Collective team - along with Marketing, Social Medica, Partnerships and Culture. You will assist with strategizing, ideating, project managing, and executing innovative branded content, content for each of our competitive teams, and sponsored content projects from beginning to end in a timely manner. We are looking for an intern with strong communication skills, excellent project management, speed to execution, and organization.
What you'll do
- Assist with the management of projects of various scales from beginning to end
- Coordinate and schedule with staff members and deliverables
- Help with scripts, briefs, and content slates
- Assist with the creation and execution of content that resonates with our community, sponsors, and other parties as relevant
- Manage day-to-day operation of Genius League events and activations including scheduling, task assignments, and reporting to Collegiate Leadership
- Assist with the project planning, management, and delivery for Genius League activations
- Digitally engage with fans, collegiate students, and universities
What you'll bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a program related to Communication, Marketing, Media or Broadcasting
- Juniors, Seniors, or master's degree students preferred
- Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred
- Must have both video and photograph
- Experience editing content for multiple social channels
- Knowledge of building and operating tournaments or events
- Asana experience is a plus
- Experience with analytics and creating reports
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization, communication, project management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work as both an independent contributor and engage teams and teammates
