About the Role:

This is a contract position that will begin in Janurary of 2025 and conclude at the end of August 2025. As a Contract Lifecycle Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Lifecycle, you will help implement key strategies by learning about Remitly lifecycle programs and are an executional expert for core lifecycle channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You sweat the details and are passionate about improving our customers' experiences. The Lifecycle team's job is to fully understand the end-to-end customer journey in order to encourage our customers to become more engaged with Remitly and share the experience with others. This is an individual contributor position located at our Seattle, WA headquarters and you will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule, coming onsite 2-3 days a week.

You Will:

  • Support our Lifecycle Marketing team members with project management and execution of multi-channel marketing communications across email, push, in-app message.
  • Collaborate with external partners on campaign planning and prioritization.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns in Braze.
  • Prepare retrospectives for tests and projects to share insights across the broader organization.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for Remitly's mission and values
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with an omni-channel marketing tool
  • Experience with Braze or similar technology
  • Experience with personalization logic
  • Solid HTML knowledge

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $120,000-$150,000 annually.
