- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT managed services and project-based consulting.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders.
- Lead client discussions around enterprise technologies (Java, .NET, React, Angular, cloud solutions, DevOps).
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solution offerings.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets ($3M quota per role).
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity reporting in CRM.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Contribute feedback from the market to help refine service offerings and go-to-market strategy.
- 10–15 years of experience selling IT managed services or consulting solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quotas.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and ability to engage in technical conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts and navigating long sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client engagement.
