Acquisition & Paid Media Manager 

Ripl (www.Ripl.com) is passionate about helping small businesses grow by enabling them to leverage the magic of digital media marketing. We are seeking to hire an Acquisition & Paid Media Manager to join the Marketing team in order to fulfill this mission.

As Ripl’s Acquisition & Paid Media Manager, you will manage our digital advertising and performance marketing to drive new customer acquisition for our mobile and web app subscription services. Our Acquisition & Paid Media Manager’s passion to constantly look for ways to accelerate growth and new opportunities to experiment with paid social, search and display advertising campaigns will have an immediate impact on Ripl’s growth and long-term success. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

The Acquisition & Paid Media Manager will...

  • Be a subject matter expert for paid media advertising channels including programmatic display/video, SEM, paid social, and similar. 
  • Provide daily management and execution of the advertising investments we make in Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, and any other mobile and desktop digital advertising networks. 
  • Analyze, optimize and report for all paid customer acquisition programs at Ripl, and make spend shift/optimization recommendations across all channels.
  • Know what acronyms like CPI, CPA, LTV, CAC, and CPM stand for and can calculate them, regardless of what ad network or customer acquisition channel you are using.
  • Maintain relationships with Partners/Account Managers at the ad networks to talk about new opportunities to improve on advertising campaigns. 
  • Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of new creative, A/B and multivariate test design, optimization and ROI.
  • Research new advertising and customer acquisition channels, run tests, and analyze and report on the results. 
  • Collaborate across the organization to improve creative, landing pages, marketing paid customer acquisition funnels. 
  • Manage digital paid media agency to optimize and expand upon existing campaigns; drive the agency to be proactive, creative, and efficient.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience.
  • Analytical mindset with superior Excel skills
  • Budget management experience 
  • A strong background in paid acquisition channels, familiarity as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads manager, etc. 
  • Experience with multi-channel digital media strategy, A/B and multivariate test design, optimization and ROI.
  • Stay current with best practices in digital marketing, mobile marketing, app store optimization, search engine optimization, and mobile apps.
