Blue Nile is looking for a passionate and talented Affiliate Partner Marketing Manager to oversee the Blue Nile affiliate program, as well as other partnership development. We are looking for a hard-working team player with a positive attitude who is passionate about digital marketing. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage affiliate relationships to ensure alignment of goals
• Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns through cross functional team efforts.
• Handle day-to-day affiliate operations on our service provider - placement buys, transaction inquiries, etc.
• Manage budget and track spend to maximize revenue goals and spend efficiency targets
• Grow affiliate program through strategic recruitment of new publishers and optimization of existing publishers
• Own negotiation of new contracts, commission rates and media placements.
• Monitor activities on key publisher sites to ensure consistent brand exposure and presence of offers
• Develop promotional offers in partnership with Marketing and Merchandising team; proactively seek out new opportunities to promote key categories and gain incremental exposure
• Conduct ongoing reporting and analysis of promotions and affiliate performance; including identifying key business drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute experiences and help develop affiliate strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and run A|B testing on program operations to maximize KPI performance
• Manage the relationship with legal, and all legal documents required
• Be an example and manage, guide, and support team members.
• Work with the Brand team and manage the brand reputation with all publicly visible affiliate partners.
• Manage the discovery of analytical abnormalities and devise strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications:

• BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
• 8 years of digital marketing experience, 5 of those affiliate marketing experience
• Retail E-Commerce experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (CVR, CTR, CPA, etc.)
• Experience with a diverse set of affiliate marketing platforms
• Strong work ethic with drive to see projects to completion
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to net favorable terms
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities
